I've stayed at this hotel many times, and I wish it was a little more reasonably priced, but it was very busy at check-in, and I had to wait a long time.

I often use this hotel because it is conveniently located near the station. I am very satisfied with the room facilities and amenities, but I am a little disappointed that every time I stay at the hotel, I am sent to a room with a poor view, with the window of another room on the opposite side of the room. I would like to stay in a room with a good view once in a while, so it would be nice if there was a plan that allowed me to choose the view, even if it cost a little more.

I did not wish to have sheets changed, but I would have liked to have had them at least put the sheets back clean. I did not wish to have my sheets changed, but I would have liked them to at least return the sheets to their original state.

It was very hard during this time of year with a lot of snow, but it was very helpful to have an underground connection to get everywhere. Thank you very much for your help.

“Front desk support”
Insufficient prior explanation of the use of the regional discount coupon and distribution of beer cans, which was charged upon check-out. They also did not know where we left our checked luggage. It was very disappointing.
