Hotel staffs reply email enquires fast. Hotel is right behind nijo morning market. Will be better if quad room is 4 single beds.

The hotel room is small, like all other hotels in japan. No hot springs facilities, just a small bathtub. Not much of a snow view even when we are located on the 9th storey. However, staffs are very friendly and polite. It's around 10 mins walk to the TV

Convenient location, although a 20 minute walk from Sapporo Station. Room was clean and the bathroom was lovely! Great for an overnight or 2 day stay!
