Convenience was excellent.”
I stayed here for a baseball game. Arriving in Sapporo from Kitahiroshima, it was very convenient to be near the station. The breakfast was delicious and very good. It is a pity that the hotel is closing.
We have used this service twice in a short period of time.”
I felt it was a very nice hotel, but this time I was a little disappointed with the clerical and over-the-top manner in which I was treated at check-in. All the food was delicious and I could eat it every day and not get tired of the taste. I would like to return to this hotel again and again.
It was comfortable.”
The building itself is not new, but it is very close to the station and you can move around regardless of the weather. The breakfast was as good as its reputation, and I was satisfied with the variety of Hokkaido's specialties. The chefs were making omelets and setting up the buffet corner, which showed their warm personalities and pride in their work and looked beautiful. Also, the Nespresso in the room and the TV in the bathroom showed that they were trying to cover the oldness of the building somehow. The hospitality of everyone at the hotel was also pleasant. Thank you very much. If I could make one improvement, it would be the smoking room on the front floor. The moment you arrive on the 2nd floor, you can smell the cigarettes even if you are wearing a mask, so it should be improved. We look forward to visiting you again.
One disappointment.”
The breakfast was especially good and filling. It was crowded on a Saturday, so we had to wait in line for 30 minutes to get into the breakfast room, which would normally have been frustrating, but the female employee who helped us get in was very helpful and it wasn't that painful. The room facilities are a little old, but they are well taken care of, so overall I was satisfied. One disappointment, however, is the smell of cigarettes in the lobby. The lobby smells of cigarettes. I was excited to go up the escalator to the lobby on the second floor when I was suddenly hit by the smell of cigarettes and my mood sank. When I met up with my husband at night, he also said it smelled bad. Although there is a smoking room, the smell comes out and makes you wonder if someone is smoking in the lobby. I felt that they should urgently do some work to get the cigarette smoke out of the room. It is really a waste.
All in all it was good.”
From check-in to check-out, I never felt bad. There was a Nespresso in the room, which coincidentally had my favorite coffee. The food was good no matter what I ate, the coffee in the dining room was good, and I had a great day.
