      “Disappointing response at breakfast.”

      When another customer asked a female employee replenishing foodstuffs, "Can I have some tea?" I was surprised to hear her coldly saying, "Please ask someone near your seat," as if it were a bother. The male guest who approached me also looked surprised, but it was a terrible response. I was looking forward to staying at the hotel for breakfast, but I did not feel relaxed, and although it may be a matter of taste, there was nothing I wanted to eat. The tomato juice was diluted and tasteless, and I lost my appetite and was disappointed. The front desk staff was good.

      “first-class is great”

      This was my first time using an ANA Group hotel. This time, my sister and I used this hotel. Usually, most hot spring hotels have two meals included. We decided to have only breakfast, and it was a good decision! When we waited for a while because the hotel was full, a boy of about 5 years old said to the hotel staff that the Yakult was delicious and thanked them for the food, and while his mother was making coffee to take home, he handed another one to his mother to drink with her. The employees were wonderful. First of all, we took a look around and asked ourselves if we wanted Japanese food or Western food. Western food? I was wondering which one I would choose as my main course! There are so many dishes! I ended up taking a jumble as a result. The daikon radish for Genghis Khan is genius! I will make it at home. The pot coffee on each table is great too! The pudding is delicious! Best breakfast I've ever had. The attention to detail by the employees is wonderful! I was impressed both at the front desk and in the breakfast room.

      Hotel conveniently located in exit 21 of JR line. Room Internet was a disappointment. It kept login and very weak connection. Other then that. Service good and very prompt. Sraffs are attentive and able to understand English. Thumbs up

      Room a little bit narrow as not expect. But have a nice view of Sapporo city from a high floor. Location is good and comfortable because it had a convenient store on a ground floor. Parking is nice and comfortable for big car.
