I was able to check in for my flight on the TV in my room, and since I could go to the departure lobby right away, I was able to relax until the last minute. I had asked for breakfast to be served after 8:00 a.m. to avoid the crowds, but even so, there were many people and there was no bread or rice. We had no choice but to eat what was available and return to our room soon after. The rooms are spacious and have a great view, but the breakfast is the only thing I regret. I would like to use this hotel again because it is too convenient....

This was my first time using this hotel. We had a flight arriving in the evening, so we appreciated the hotel's direct connection to the hotel. It was nice to be able to use the hot spring baths. Although it takes time to move around, I was satisfied with the lightness of the hotel because I did not have to carry towels and other luggage. The breakfast menu is also nice and refreshing as it is a pinpoint menu. The location was great as it was right on the runway and you could see the work that is unique to Chitose Airport. It is the best for airplane lovers. Next time, I would like to use this hotel to enjoy the whole Chitose Airport.

“The hotel is conveniently located in the airport.”
You get off at ANA, go up to the 2nd floor, walk around for a while, and you will see the entrance. It was very easy to find as indicated in the directions. The room is on the runway side and you can see the airplane very close. You may forget to go to sleep and be fascinated by the view. You can take a bath in the hot spring for free. Please note that you need to get a ticket from the front desk each time you visit. The fact that there are lockers with locks and valuables lockers in the hot spring baths to keep your personal belongings safe is also highly appreciated. (It would have been nice to have a guide.) Breakfast is relatively crowded first thing in the morning, but you will be shown to it in about 10 minutes. It was so good that I ate a little too much and wasn't hungry until the evening. You can also leave your luggage at the front desk for free, so you can spend some time there on a day trip. I think it would be fun to stay for a couple of nights and explore the airport. I would use this hotel again.
