The staff is courteous and always satisfactory. The on-site restaurants, both French and Chinese, are very good.

景色は良かった。”

眺望は良かったですが今まで何度か宿泊した中では最低。隣室の窓が開いていたとのことで風切り音がうるさかった。また朝食時に食材の補充されていない副食が多かったです。

朝食付きがお勧め”

部屋が広々としていて、設備も整っていたので、ゆったりと過ごすことができました。難点は、窓が西向きのため、午後はかなりの暑さだったこと。冷房は２０度以下に設定できず、窓も開けることができなかったので、かなり不快でした。フロントにこの点を伝えたところ、扇風機を持ってきたり、窓を開けられるようにします、と丁寧に対応していただきましたが、いったん部屋でくつろいでしまうと、それも面倒で、そのまま我慢しました。室内冷房の温度をもっと下げられるようになっていれば…。午後を部屋の中で過ごされる方は、東側の部屋を指定されることをお勧めします。朝食は種類がとても多くて、とても美味しくいただきました。浦和近辺に泊まる機会があれば、朝食のためにまた利用したいと思います。

部屋が広々としていて寛げました。お風呂も広くてのんびり入れますし、別途も広くてゆっくり休めました。チェックアウトが１２時なのも嬉しいです。
