Yuzano was very authentic and they literally pampered us right when we stepped into the Ryokan, the staff was amazing and quite helpful. My room had a private onsen with a lake view which was like cherry on the top of a cake. It was quiet and very spacious

“With my elderly mother”
I stayed in an excellent room with an indoor and outdoor bath as I was traveling with my elderly mother. The bathroom was close to the bedroom and there were two toilets, which was helpful. It would have been nice if the temperature of the outdoor bath could be adjusted 24 hours a day. It would have been nice if the check-out time was 11:00. Also, when the staff came to lay out the futon for us, they did not put away our hot water bottles and other things. There were bath towels in the public bath, but I would have liked towels to wipe my face in the room. The food was very good, especially the fish course. The staff was very courteous in their language and customer service. Thank you very much for your help with the wheelchair lift. Thank you very much.
