接客も良かったが、部屋にトイレが無く、風呂が狭かった。

お肌がつるつるになりお湯はとてもいいです。部屋風呂も温泉が出ます。 大浴場（といっても小さめですが）は男湯と女湯が一つづつ。そのどちらかを ４０分間貸切ることができ、誰も貸切っていない時間は誰でも入れるという仕組みです。しかしわかっていない人が多数おり、私たちが借り切っているときも３組くらい入ってこようとして、なんで鍵がかかってるんだ？とか言っていました。。 チェックインの時に周知徹底するべきだと思いますし、貸切時間帯、フリーの時間帯を大浴場の前に大きく書いておいてはいかがでしょうか？ 食事は夕食も朝食も大変美味しくいただきました。 トイレが部屋にないという情報もありましたが、改修されたようで部屋にありました。

お風呂が狭かったこと以外は大きな不満はなかったです お風呂は３人でいっぱいになってしまうので、他の客とかち合うと入れません 小さな旅館だったので、他の客と出会うとことはなかったですが 小さな旅館なのでエレベータはなかったのですが、手すりが不十分なため高齢の母にはしんどかったようです

好懷舊的旅館，整潔，及好靚，住望湖景房間，很驚喜!1泊2食，超豐富。只是訂房時不知溫泉是貸切溫泉，要book時間去浸，但，可以自己包起個溫泉房自己浸，其實也不錯，不會等太久，可以接受。可能是小旅館，一晚不會招呼太多客吧，所以整個住宿過程都好舒服。

“小さなお宿”
雄琴温泉の中で一番小さい隠れ家みたいなお宿でした。 食事は工夫を凝らした数々が食べられ満足しました。 最後のご飯が炊き方が悪いのか糊みたいになっていたのが唯一の残念なポイントでした。 泉質は雄琴温泉の中では一番良いのではないでしょうか。 ただ、貸切風呂だったので好きな時にきままに入れず、フロントに連絡が必要だったので、入るのに躊躇してしまうことがありました。
