Breakfast places are concentrated on the top floor”

The breakfast area was divided into a restaurant on the top floor and a large banquet hall (on a lower floor), and guests were free to choose, but it was concentrated on the top floor, resulting in congestion. I thought it would be better to have a reservation system from the beginning and to limit the number of people properly so that people would not get lost.

    Great view from the room”

Staying on the 32nd floor, we had a great location with a panoramic view of Lake Biwa's southern lakes and the Lake Biwa Bridge.

    short trip”

It is a very nice hotel, but I think 10,000 per person including breakfast is a bit expensive. The walls are thin and I could hear voices from other rooms on both sides of the room until late at night, even the sound of running water in the bathtub. The staff at the breakfast buffet was not always the best. The staff was male and in their 40's. He was not very helpful when he picked us up. No smile. No smile. He explained without hesitation and without expression.
