Solemn morning service”
We visited Toji Temple in Kyoto and stayed overnight on Mt. The autumn leaves, the view of Lake Biwa from the mountain, vegetarian cuisine, and the solemn morning service in the Nemoto-chudo Hall were a wonderful time that could only be experienced here. We had a wonderful autumn trip to Enryaku-ji Temple, where we could feel its dignity, history, Buddhist modesty, calmness, compassion, and coolness in the cold weather.

The location and view are especially great!”
We drove to Mt. Hiei for our first tour. The view of Lake Biwa from the window was wonderful, and it was very convenient to go to the Nemoto-chudo Hall to see the morning service. We also enjoyed the special offers for guests and would definitely use the hotel again.

Excellent”
Hard to reach, but what an amazing experience! After the heat and crowds of Kyoto, Mt Hiei was cool and secluded. The hotel exceeded expectations. The view of Lake Biwa was gorgeous. The food was a delicious and unique vegan treat.

Great experience staying at the kaikan. Perhaps felt more like a hotel than expected. But it's in a very beautiful location with excellent food.
