My fiancé and I spent a lovely night at this ryoukan in a gorgeous room with an open air bath. The service was wonderful, and the breakfast in the morning was a beautifully presented and delicious traditional meal. Would absolutely recommend a stay here!

１２月に出産を控え、主人と二人でのんびりできる時間を過ごしたくて、マタニティプランのあるお宿からこちらを選びました。 スタッフの皆さんは気さくで優しく話しかけてくださり、気持ちよく過ごせました。お部屋も広く清潔で、生花が飾っていたのも心が和みました◎お部屋の露天風呂は小ぢんまりとしていますが、最上階の貸し切り露天風呂も利用できたので、お湯はたっぷり堪能できました。ただ、最上階の露天風呂は１０月でも風が冷たかったので、そこで身体を洗うのは秋が限界かなと思いました。 お食事はこちらの要望を細かくヒアリング＆確認してくださり、安心していただけました。 今度は子どもと３人でお世話になりたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

誕生日の誕生日に愛犬と初めて泊まりました。夕食も部屋食でゆっくりできとても美味しかったです。ホテルの人皆さんが温かく愛犬にも優しく接してくれました。突然のハプニングにも優しく対応していただき、感謝しかないです。また、必ず泊まりに行きます。チェックアウトの際も車が見えなくなるまで見送っていただき、素晴らしいと思いました。

初めての犬同行旅なので、なるべく一人ぼっちの お留守番をさせないで済むようにと 朝夜共に部屋食の旅館を探していました。 露天風呂付特別室で少しお高めでしたが、 料理も温泉もサービスも◎。 湖畔の散歩道もあり、ペット連れに対する配慮も きちんとできています。本当に楽しかったので また是非家族で行きたいです。 ありがとうございました。

今の時代ネット環境が悪いのは不評です。全館完備とのことでしたが、部屋の中はつながらず、出入口近辺か通路に行かなくては入りません。他のお客様も通路でやっていたので、宿泊した部屋だけではないようです。 また、部屋のカギ穴があわず、開閉に難儀しました。 担当の方に聞いたら、この状態は承知しておられたので、早急に改善が必要と思います。

おごと温泉というと、昔からの、あまり良くないイメージ（個人的なイメージで申し訳ないのですが）がどうしてもあったのですが、このお宿は上品な雰囲気で、お正月ということもあいまって？か、お料理の品数も豊富で、とても良かったです。 祝い箸が準備されていたり、朝食にはお雑煮も出して頂いたり…と、心配りが嬉しかったです。 温泉も少しとろみがあり、こじんまりとしてはいましたが、良いお湯でした。 また是非寄せて頂きたいと思います。

義母と犬と私達夫婦でお世話になりました。大浴場の脱衣所が狭いかな…と思いましたが、入浴時間が他の方達とズレていたようで、不快な思いをすることは無かったです。それから足が弱くなっている義母には、浴場に足の高い椅子があり有り難かったです。他の高齢者の方も使っていました。このような心遣い嬉しいです。 部屋食もポイント高いです。夕食の時間も犬といる事ができ、美味しい食事を味わって頂く事ができました。 是非、また行きたいです。

１歳１１ヶ月の息子を連れての宿泊でしたが、何一つ不自由することなく宿泊できました。部屋も広く、夕食は部屋食だったので、周りに気を遣うことなく家族での食事が楽しめました。また、朝食の際は、スタッフが気を利かせて、息子のために小さいおにぎりを作ってくれるなど、スタッフの気遣いも大変良かったです。また利用したいと思わせてくれる宿でした。

何かにつけて変に大袈裟じゃなく、くつろげました。お食事も適量でしたし お部屋でマッサージを頼んだのですが、来られたのが８４歳のマッサージ師さん。すごいパワーと技で心身共に元気を頂きました！！

ホテルから誕生日プレゼントを頂きました。 夕食の質も量も良かったです。 別注で蟹を頼みましたが、蟹酢が美味しく無かったです。 お米も美味しかったですが…皆さん書かれてる通り朝食のお米は残念でした。前夜のお米の残りのような感じもしましたが、それは、致仕方ないと思います。 総合では、また利用したい旅館ですよ！
