I booked this ryokan for our family trip to Japan and we all had such a great time. The service, the beds, the food and the baths were the best. It truly was a relaxing holiday and we would love to stay there again.

生後７か月の息子と３人でお世話になりました。 露天風呂付のメゾネットのお部屋に泊まりましたが、露天風呂が広くてびっくりしました！ 大人３人は余裕で入れる広さです。 外がかなり寒かったので、別料金になりますが貸切風呂を借りて息子と３人で温泉に入りましたが、この貸切り風呂がまたとても広く、ベビー用のソープが用意してあったり、マッサージチェアもあり、落ち着いて入浴することが出来ました。 今回は息子がまだ小さく、落ち着いて食べれないかもということで、夕食なしのプランにしましたが、朝食時には息子用の椅子やお布団、食器まで用意してくださったり、最初から最後までお気遣い頂き、次回は夕食付きでお邪魔したいと思いました！ 今年の６月に父が還暦を迎えるので、タイミングが合えばこちらでお世話になりたいと思います！ ありがとうございました！

北海道には、珍しい和風旅館でした。頑張っているとは思いますが、関東の宿に比べると、コスパが悪いです。全体的に足りない部分がありました。この価格帯で客室露天風呂があるのであれば、冷蔵庫に無料ドリンクがあるのが、一般的と思います。夕食の料理の間隔がかなりあいたりもし、そのためメインのお肉がさめていました。さらに、肉の量も少なく、夜食のいなり寿司を出すくらいであれば、夕食を充実させるべきと思います。また、庭の維持費がかかっているのではないかとも思いました。

宿についた時から帰るまで素晴らしいおもてなしを受けました。お風呂も岩盤浴があったり、景色の良い露天風呂などよかったです。食事も見た目が豪華で味も美味しかったです。朝食はもちょっと中身のあるおかずが欲しかったです。庭が素敵なのでいろいろな季節にまた来たくなる宿でした。

部屋から大浴場が遠くて歩くのが大変でした（同伴の家族が足悪く）が、途中椅子があったり、珈琲がいただける休憩スペースがあり、とてもよいと思いました。貸し切り風呂が早めに空いたということで、早く案内して下さり家族でゆっくりできました。食事も美味しかったです。庭がとても広く、色々な花が咲くようなので、別の季節にもまた行きたいと思います。

“Omotenashi no Ryokan”
The smiling faces of the employees make this ryokan a wonderful place to stay. We received an upgrade when we checked in, and when we suddenly mentioned that we were going on a kanreki (60th birthday) trip on the day of our stay, the employees took care to surprise us. It is a ryokan where the food and hot spring baths are superb and restful. I would like to revisit by all means.
