Parking.”
Parking is first-come, first-served, so we parked at a nearby inexpensive parking lot and walked to the hotel to stay. It is nice to be able to go sightseeing during the day, but at night, all the places to eat in the neighborhood are fully booked, so it would be better to look for a place to eat when you make a reservation to stay.

A little disappointing.”
The room was clean and the service was not bad. Unfortunately, the air conditioner blew in our faces. My husband and I both found it uncomfortable and opened the window. Another thing, the water pressure in the shower was weak and stressful.

site condition”
First time I went to Hokkaido, arrived by ferry and went to the hotel at night, good location. It was about 5 minutes walk to the canal It was inexpensive and I would ask for it if I ever go back.

It was cozy!”
We used this place to see a live concert at Portfest. It was conveniently close to the venue. The room was clean and the large sofa was comfortable. Separate bathroom and toilet was very nice, but it was inconvenient that there was no place to wash hands in the toilet. Amenities were a bit lacking. In the large bathroom, only 10 changing baskets were available due to the Corona disaster, and we had to wait for a while for them to become available. There were people using 3 baskets, including one for a small child, and I thought it would be nice if there was a sign that said "children should use the basket with an adult" or something like that. Breakfast was delicious!

Breakfast was pretty much a disaster.”
The breakfast room was very dimly lit and had almost no Otaru-like ingredients or food. The number of items was very small and was totally different from the description of dozens of items on the website. Water came out of the juice machine. The receptionist at the entrance showed us where to sit, but we were made to sit at a counter facing the wall even though the room was extremely empty, and the receptionist often went to the back for some reason, so there were a lot of people waiting.
