The view is great!”
The view from the room was great, with the ocean right in front of us. However, the shower head in the bath came off, and although the hair dryer was usable, the vent was in a dangerous state because it had melted.

Far from Otaru station.”
We took the train to Otaru station for sightseeing, but it would be better to drive.

Not worth the price.”
Not commensurate. The view is ordinary. There is no large bath, and the rooms and facilities are noticeably dilapidated. Breakfast was at a designated diner in the Triangle Market, far from the hotel. We had to wait 90 minutes to eat.

Leisurely trip with my mother”
I used this hotel for a relaxing trip with my elderly mother. First of all, the location from the room was wonderful, and I was impressed by the quality of the amenities, which is not possible at this price. It is located next to a shopping mall, so we were able to stroll around in our spare time and do some shopping at the AEON. I would definitely use this hotel again if I could get the same plan at a similar price. Thank you very much.

The lounge service was excellent!”
There was a slight misunderstanding at the reservation stage and both Rurubu and the hotel staff were very accommodating. I have stayed at this hotel several times before the rebranding, but this was my first time to stay with a plan that included lounge service. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, and the room overlooking the marina made for a relaxing holiday. The front desk staff was very helpful, and even guided us to check-in so that we could sit down and relax. And the lounge service is the best! One free glass of alcohol + one plate of food. We also had a choice of soft drinks, fruits, salads, and other snacks. The tomato juice was very good. The building is directly connected to the station, but it is about a 5 minute walk to the hotel entrance. There is a commercial center so shopping is not a problem. And...the breakfast bread was very good. I would like to stay there again!
