Simply speaking it is value for money. Pick up from the station is easy, just ask the tour information office to give hotel a call when you arrive. Food is fine, staffs provide good service! Will come again!

Nice location, but this hotel is OLD!! Gosh! I am disappointed with the quality and the build. It looks nice on the outside but it is a rather old hotel. I have specifically booked the sea view rooms. The view is about the only thing good about the hotel.

A nice hotel at Otaru, close to shopping centres. Room size is good enough for comfortable stay. Hotel location is a bit far away from the Main Street but is perfectly ok if you are driving by your own. Good hotel service with good English speaking staf
