Long queue to check in upon arrival. I had to wait in line at the front desk for an hour before I could get into my room. I wish you could do something about this.

We stayed in a capsule room on the second floor. Anyway, I couldn't sleep because of the snoring below and around me. Even with earplugs, it was loud. I gave up on it because it was cheap and it couldn't be helped. However, the breakfast was delicious with seafood such as salmon roe and salmon roe. There are various bathtubs in the bathtub, so I enjoyed it. It is on the same floor as the room, so it is convenient to go there right away. Free ice cream after bath, free buckwheat noodles, and free welcome coffee are very good services. I will stay in a regular room next time.

It is conveniently located near the station. The bath inside the hotel is quite splendid for a hotel in the city center. It is close to the level of an onsen ryokan. However, I have used this hotel several times, and every time the check-in procedure seems to take a little longer than at other hotels. I wish it could be more efficient.

It is very conveniently located right in front of Otaru Station. You will never get lost. The parking lot is underground, so you don't have to get wet when it rains or snows. The hot spring baths are spacious, clean, and wonderful.

“Great location, great food, great baths, but...”
It is a great location in front of Otaru station, convenient for shopping and dining. I stayed in a capsule and had no inconvenience. The bath is also wonderful. The facilities in the hotel and the service, such as the nightly buckwheat noodles, are also impressive. Breakfast is very expensive, but it was worth it and really tasty. The only drawback is that it takes a long time to check in and check out. It takes even longer, especially for foreigners, to discuss various matters. I guess that can't be helped, but when I left my luggage after check-out and tried to pick it up, it was check-in time for the next night's guests, and I had to wait in a long check-in line even though I simply wanted to pick up my luggage (it was New Year's and there were many foreign tourists, so it took even more time). I was so worried that I would miss the train. Please do not treat the quick baggage pickup and the time-consuming check-in in the same way.
