Great location.The canal, sushi street and train station are within short walking distance. The hot spring is a disappointment.

Modern amenities with good service. Unfortunately, it costs 500jpy for the onsen, which i felt could be waived.

Distance was not 1 minute from the JR station. It was about 5 to 10 minutes walk. Room was fantastic though.
