Great food the best traditional Japanese meal I ever had, very nice staff but speak no English however they try to understand A bit hard to carry big laggages to the hotel but when go back to JR station a staff ride me

出車站走路約5分鐘可到。服務很好，禮拜天時停車就有3位員工服務。早、晚餐很精緻吃得很飽，付費私湯空間有點小，只適合2個人。總體來說很不錯，有機會的話會再選擇這家飯店。

酒店殘舊，也不太衛生，洗手間內有水積污積，晚上房內有臭屁蟲！ 服務和一般日式旅館差不多，都有不錯服務 地點鄰近火車站，5分鐘內的走路路程，但也有提供接送服務 膳食比預期差，在網上見到評價很高(如仙台牛)，但酒店提供的牛肉肉質惡劣，海鮮有少許腥臭味！是這次旅程在日本吃過最差的一餐！ 風呂比預料差，有大澡堂、泉水是不錯的，共3個池，露天風呂是騙人的！只有一條縫隙看到對面樓宇！ 交通也算是不錯，但如果能提供鳴子峽接送會更好 另外，酒店會接待旅行團，當日有不少日本大叔前來，也有不少人在大堂吸煙 總結︰

車站下車後就有旅店的迎接人員在出口處等候,感覺相當溫馨, 進到飯店接待人員馬上辦好CHECK-IN,行李直送房間,讓人感覺相當尊貴...餐點也是沒話說,住了兩天沒有吃到同樣的東西且一天比一天好吃, 讓人感覺相用心經營, 明年我會再去一次的...

房間大小適中, 服務還Ok, 唯一不便的地方是雖然離JR鳴子溫泉站很近, 但是拉著大行李上坡到飯店也算是蠻累人的. 餐食方面在深山中可以吃到很新鮮的食材, 真的很不錯.

일단 나루코온천마을 자체가 전체적으로 많이 위축되어 있다..폐업한 호텔건물들도 많이 보인다. 호텔직원들은 매우 친절하나 호텔자체의 시설은 조금 열악한 편..특히나 가족탕으로 빌려주는 임절탕은 최악의 수준(50분에 3,000엔). 온천의 수질 자체는 쿠사츠나 자오 등 인근의 다른 온천에 비해 전혀 뒤떨어지지 않음..온천수질은 아주 훌륭함
