I had used another hotel in the same group and was pleased with it, so I decided to use this hotel. The room was small, perhaps due to the location, and the table was small, but I had seen the pictures beforehand and was aware of that. It would be convenient to have a larger table for working. I appreciated the self-serve drinks available upon arrival. Breakfast was small in number, but there was something typical of Osaka. I would use this hotel again if the opportunity arises.

Very clean and spacious hotel with neat collection of beauty items at front desk (free). Breakfast adequate. Easy location from Shinsaibashi station. However if you are travelling to / from the major Shin-Osaka station you could probably find something

I kept hearing a "hissing" sound as if the windows were drafty. The meal was enjoyable, with tuna from the Kuromon Market, mixed juice, and other meals unique to Osaka.
