As usual, Japanese always provide good service. This hotel is not in hotel zone so, either walk or take a shuttle bus to Umeda station. The Breakfast is Ok. The room size is not as big as i stayed in other Westin Hotels.

The shuttle between hotel and JR station was great. My room was spacious and comfortable. The furnishing seemed a bit dated.

Room is big and clean. Nice view. We booked with promotion rate, prefect. Few minutes walk from Osaka Station, convenient but not disturbed by the busy crowd in station. Don't know if the Hotel has the service of borrowing umbrella or raincoat in case

“Exceptional”
I travel with my parents and we stay in a room with three beds. My parents are very happy about the room and the service is good. It is also walking distance to Osaka station with limousine bus access. Definitely recommend this.
