Check-in handling”
The staff at check-in was unfriendly. They did not give me a coupon even though I applied for travel assistance. I reported it to her and she confirmed it and gave me the coupon, but no apology or anything. When I put my card in the key box at check-out, no greeting. How is this a service business?

We booked non-smoking rooms. After checking in, we found that the rooms are spacious and well-equipped. However, the stay was not pleasant because cigarette smells kept bothering us almost all the time. We tried to ask the hotel staff to fix the problem

I hate to leave a negative review, but do not be fooled by the photos or the name - unfortunately this hotel is anything but a plaza :( The rooms are small, old, and very dirty. And the couple of staff I dealt with didn't even speak English. There is no gy

The room is big compared to Japanese standard but the room is not so clean. There were some food dropped on the blanket and the curtain which was, of course, not ours. Compared to the price we had to pay, it is quite expensive.
