A short walk from the shin osak station, and there are flags outside the station to direct us to the hotel which is useful. Hotel was nice enough to let us leave our luggage for a day when we went to Arima hotspring overnight.

Staff was super friendly and helpful, room was small but more than enough for a short one-person stay, and access to the city through the nearby JR station was great.

The service is great! All the staffs are very accomodating and very willing to assist us in their best effort. Although the bathroom is small, room　is not bad for the price. Breakfast is also affordable and good (esp japanese style) for the price

A very convenient location for visiting kyoto, nara or even Osaka. Close to station. Rooms are a bit small but should be fine for any standard sized person. The baths are a little cramped, but are very clean. Overall good value for money.Highly recommene

Room is actualy quite decent size compared to newer hotels although the bathroom is on the small side, it's comfy enough for asian built people. It's clean and really close to shin osaka station and I recommend it for a base for the region (use JR pass). T

Friendly and english-speaking staff. We would have liked to use a non-smoking room, but that option was not asked when booking. Breakfast (western style) was limited but had a good price/quality ratio.

Overall good experience, had trouble locating the hotel at the start. Also, I could hear the trains passing by at about 6am-ish but it's expected as it's located very close to the station. Good service, reception opens 24 hours, and clean rooms.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Always willing to offer us assistance when required. Rooms were small, however for the price it was expected. Very handy location for sightseeing out of Osaka and using the hotel as a base as it was right near the Shincan
