The guest room is a twin type. As for the rooms, they are clean and well furnished with atmosphere, while every corner of the room is well cleaned. The view from the room in the West Wing building is of the Dojima River and the skyscraper district. The unit bath was very clean and pleasant to use. The hotel staff during our stay gave us a good impression of the service we received. We were very satisfied with our stay at the hotel, as several of our requests were fulfilled. The hotel is located in Nakanoshima, which is very convenient for going to Umeda and Namba. A shuttle bus departs every 6 minutes between the hotel and Osaka Station, which is very convenient. The trip takes about 10 minutes. There is a 7-Eleven convenience store in the basement of the hotel. As a long-established luxury hotel, there is a good atmosphere from the lobby. Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel.

I always stay at this hotel when I visit Osaka. The shuttle buses are very frequent and easy to get to. What I like about the lobby is that it is spacious and comfortable. I would like to make it my regular stay in the future.

Whenever I stay in Osaka, I always choose Rihga Royal. I usually stay alone, but I feel safe staying here by myself, and everyone likes it, even if I am with friends. It is close to Kyocera Dome, so I can walk there at the worst possible time! I will use this hotel again on New Year's Eve.

It is a first-class hotel, but at a very reasonable price. It was the first time for me to stay in the tower and I felt very rich. The interior was comfortable and decorated in a way that women like. One of the reasons I always stay at the Rihga Royal Hotel is that they have very reasonably priced rooms even though it is a city hotel.

“Good old established hotel”
This is the second time I have stayed at the Osaka Rihga Royal Hotel. This time I arrived at 3:00 p.m., just before check-in time, and was a bit surprised at the number of people waiting to check in. Although there are many foreign-affiliated hotels in the area nowadays, I felt that the RIHGA Royal Hotel has the dignity of a long-established hotel.
