“Has it been cleaned?”
There was a visible accumulation of dust in the corners of the room.... There was hair in the corner of the bed and in the bathroom.... The emergency flashlight was lying behind a trash can...was that where they had put it? I was disappointed in this hotel because the other hotels in the same group in other prefectures were good.

“Excellent”
A newly opened facility at affordable price close to Universal Studio Japan and Sakurajima JR station. Rooms were very clean and staff very friendly. I recommend it to all visitors.

“ＵＳＪに近い”
ＧＷ中で、宿泊価格は高額でした。ホテルのグレードからすると割高と感じましたが、ＵＳＪから近いという利便性にお金を払ったと思っています。ホテルっぽくない見た目の建物です。ホテルスタッフは親切で感じが良かったです。アメニティは少なめ（シャンプー等は部屋にあります）です。足りない場合はすぐ近くにコンビニ（ローソンとセブンイレブン）があるので、そこで購入できます。ホテル内の自販機に酒類はありません。ウォーターサーバや氷は１階にあります。部屋のバスルームは狭いですが清潔で、トイレとは別になっている点はよかったです。線路が道路を挟んで向かいにあるため、夜遅くまで電車の音がけっこう聞こえるのと、廊下の声もわりと響きます。ＵＳＪに行った日は疲れているのですぐに寝てしまいましたが、音に敏感な方は耳栓があった方が良いかもしれません。

“ユニバーサルスタジオへ徒歩で行けます！”
今回は、子供を連れての家族旅行でしたので、ユニバーサルスタジオへ徒歩で行けるこのホテルは大変便利でした。お風呂もユニットバスでトイレと別なのも子供連れには最高でした。アメニティも必要なものを必要な分だけ、といったホテルの環境保護に対しての姿勢に好感がもてました。帰りの交通手段の質問に対しても、親切に答えてくださり感謝しております。また、ぜひ利用したいです。

“ホコリが…”
部屋の隅、ベッド上部（ちょっとした物が置ける）に、ほこりがたまっていた。それと、部屋の中にいた動物の置物（イス）の背中が裂けていて、残念だった
