I enjoyed the panoramic view of Hankyu Umeda Station from my room. I was satisfied with the proximity to the station. The only thing was the step in the bathroom door - I tripped on the step twice.

The staff were friendly and helpful. It's location and access were central and easy to navigate around. My husband and I, shared our room with my mother. The space was fine for us though we did utilise one double/king single bed as our luggage space as

“mediocre to none”
I was returning to Tokyo and stayed the night before. At the front desk, I signed a travel support form and paid by machine in advance. There was no explanation of the coupon, so it was a hassle to enter the room, read the paper, and enter the application. The room was small and it would have been nice to have a mini desk for eating. It was nice to be able to see the Hankyu train downstairs. Breakfast was served in the main building, one plate at a time, which made it easy to take. There were many people, so we ate and left, but if I had wanted, I would have liked to eat a little more.
