It is very close to Osaka station area so it is easy to get to. It is your standard business hotel in Japan. The hotel itself is older so may need a few renovations but overall it was a good stay.

Just average room, but very good location, and extremely friendly personnel. They helped me a lot, allowed early check in (the only hotel in dozen I lived in), and treated with free breakfast. Best place I stayed in Japan!

The room is clean but is hot even during winter as it have centralised aircon system hence unable to adjust and with the windows locked we are unable to get any fresh air thus room is stuffy .Hotel should installed windows that allow partial opening. Brea

Room was a little old but over all, clean. Staff speaks English, which is very helpful in Japan. Very near to JR Osaka Station, just a straight walk down. Convenient if you want to use Osaka as a base to travel to other places such as Kyoto, Nara.
