*Notice of Smoking Ban in the Hotel
Effective Feb. 1, 2018 (Thu.), the entire hotel, including guestrooms, will be non-smoking.
- Smoking Location: A simple ashtray will be placed next to the front entranceway.

Luggage Check
Luggage check is available at the front desk before check-in at 15:00 and after check-out at 10:00. Please feel free to make a request.

Regarding Child Bed Sharing
[For Single Rooms, Semi-double Rooms, Twin Rooms for Groups of 2 & 4, and Japanese-style Rooms for Groups of 2 & 3]

Semi-double rooms have one 140 cm size double bed for 2 guests.
Twin rooms have two 140 cm size double beds.
For Twin rooms used by groups of 4 guests, each bed will be used by 2 guests.

*Children preschool age and younger can stay free of charge.
However, considering room space and bed/futon sizes, child bed/futon sharing is limited to 1 child per bed/futon. Guests with multiple children are asked to make reservations for additional rooms.
Guests can also enjoy breakfast free of charge.
There will be no provision of children’s towels, pajamas, or items.

[Regarding Child Use of Large Communal Baths]
Children that need to use diapers are not allowed to use the large communal baths. Thank you for your understanding.

[For Deluxe Twin Rooms for Groups of 3 & 5]
Deluxe Twin rooms feature one sofa bed and two 120 cm size double beds.
When used by groups of 5 guests, the 2 double beds will be used by 4 guests.
*For groups of 3 guests using a Deluxe Twin room, as one of the beds will be a sofa bed, child bed sharing is limited to 2 children.
However, considering room space and bed sizes, child bed sharing is limited to 1 child per bed. Guests with multiple children are asked to make reservations for additional rooms.
*For groups of 5 guests using a Deluxe Twin room, as bed sizes are 120 cm, please refrain from bed sharing.
