I get smoking room because not pay more attention while make reservation via Japanican, so no choice for me the staff try to clean the room for me they do best.The hotel location easy to find but the first time quite long distance to finding .

This is a good hotel that is easy to locate from Namba Station. Room is of good size although the bath room is slightly smaller than other business hotels. Hotel staff are friendly and can speak English reasonably well. We would certainly use the hotel

“Very good”
clean, tidy, staff are helpful, comfortable to sit at the lobby with self-serve free drinks, breakfast doesn't cost much but good just location is a bit far from the train station
