What a great stay in Osaka. The hôtel was very good. The bed very confortable. We enjoyed the bath. A pure japanese moment in a traditional and very clean onsen spa. The massage chair was nice too. The offered noodle soup for diner was appreciable.

Booked for 2 nights separately, they let me stay in same (bigger) room for the second night. Airport mishandled my luggage, when i arrived at hotel, the staff already knew about it and let me know they will be accepting the luggage on behalf and leave it
