“満足できるホテル”
部屋にアメニティはないが、シニアプランで付いていたので、問題ない。駅から近くて、お値打ちな料金で、特に不満はない。満足できるホテルです。トイレがシャワートイレならたいへん満足です。

上六駅から歩いて５分程度のワンルームマンションからのコンバージョンホテル。値段が安いのが魅力。冷房設備がうるさいのが難点。

“よけいなものなく、エコノミー”
部屋は快適、清潔。ユニットバスが少し小さいか、と思うが、使用に問題ない。寝具、タオル等、通常の備付品をそぎ落としたゆえの安価さに納得。また利用したい。

　近鉄上本町駅からほど近くと云う大都会にありますが、昭和に時代のような… 　決して綺麗とは云えませんが、必要最低限の設備はあり、何より安く泊まれました。
