立山登山前泊”
立山登山のための前泊に利用しました。朝食なしプランがなかったため、朝食は返金なしを了解の上、食べずに早朝出発しました。前泊には良い立地のため、夕食に力を入れた朝食なしプランがあるといいなと思いました。独立していた露天風呂が大変よかったです。
お部屋の掃除等が行き届いていた”
従業員はアルバイトさんも含め、笑顔で対応していて、気持ちよかった。建物は新しくないけど、お部屋の掃除などが行き届いていて、部屋に入ると心が安らいだ。２泊したが、２泊目も寝具など新しく取り替えてくれた。 廊下と脱衣場にエアコンが効いていなくて蒸し暑かったのが、残念に思えた。
朝食”
テーブルとテーブルの間隔が広くて、ゆったりと朝食を食べれました。 大変良かったです。
食事”
部屋は広く、良かったが、食事が良くなかった。 特に夕食は作り置きしてあるものが多く、素材も余り良くなかった。 アルペンルートのチケット付きであったため、現地で並ばなくて済んだ点は良かった。

温泉の大浴場は、満足でしたが、お食事は、残念でした！ 特に、朝食バイキングは．．． プリンスホテルのイメージが、頭にあるので、期待外れでした。 黒部ダムに行くための立地としては、良かったです！
