We stayed at this ryokan for the second night of our 4-day/3-night trip to Shinshu using the National Travel Support Program. We arrived a little later than scheduled, but Mr. Takahashi, the business manager, welcomed us pleasantly. The room was a very satisfactory room with a half-open-air bath. The meal was delicious, but what was disappointing was that the grilled wild woman fish was served cold. I think it was a waste of such a delicious dish. The service, room, food, and amenity goods were all good, but this was the only regret I have. But overall, it was a great experience for me to stay at a good ryokan and I have good memories of it.

Doesn’t really give you that mountain feeling. Food was ok, shabu shabu. Onsen water didnt have that sulfur smell/give me that real feeling. Felt that I paid way more than it was worth.

A great onsen getaway and it was also easy accessible. The surroundings were absolutely stunning and we have opted for the private bath which was great. The staff was really attentive and gave a lot of help to navigate around the hotel. All in all it was a

Very nice hotel with lovely rooms and excellent service. Worth making a stop in Omachi to stay at this hotel. Nice tranquil surroundings. Will go back again if I go on the alpine route. Will highly recommend it to others.

Excellent staff and service. English speaking staff available and helpful enough. Complimentary drop off service to Omachi JR station after check out. Bus to/from Omachi JR station or Kurobe is good and reliable. Chartered bath is good. All are excell
