入住手續需先至其事務所辦理，再由工作人員帶領前往入住的公寓（在同一條路上）。因為不附餐食的綠故，工作人員會熱心介紹附近好買好吃的店家，甚至提醒隔日水族館行程注意事項。公寓附近並非熱鬧巿區，晚上路況不適宜右駕新手，如需開車外出請小心駕駛。住在這裡可以小小體會一下和當地人一樣住在公寓裡的生活，可利用小廚房（鍋碗瓢盆皆有）自行開伙。房內有桌上型電腦可供上網、切換收看電視
