フロントの方のサービスに感謝致します。 携帯が故障したため、急遽本体のみの購入をしなければならなかったのですが 、数軒電話をしてくださり、あちこち回らずに無事購入できました。 お正月でしたので二食付きにしましたが、おせちもあり、バラエティ豊かで、夕食はスパークリングワインが飲み放題でした。 温泉のお湯が適温でゆっくり入れました。 お部屋は広く良かったです。 部屋にいた時は気になりませんでしたが、廊下では少し大きい声は聞こえることもありました。 早めに予約したこともあってか、元旦の宿泊でのコスパは高いと思いました。 レンタカーでなくてもバスが目の前まであるようなので、温泉利用でのんびり宿泊するのも良いと思いました。 また、宿泊したいと思います。

お気に入りのホテルで今回の同行者にも紹介したくお邪魔しました。 事前に電話で相談させていただいたスタッフさんや、フロントのスタッフさんやレストランスタッフさんなど皆さんの対応が素敵でさらに好きなホテルになりました。 また、お部屋もすばらしくまた泊まりたいと言われていますので、 次回も是非お世話になりたいと思います。

朝食が満席になり展望ラウンジへ案内されると口コミで見ていましたが、今回は宴会場でした。料理内容は同じなのでと言われましたが、せっかく沖縄のリゾートに泊まっているので、外の景色を見ながら気持ち良い明るさの中で食べたかったのに、窓のない宴会場での朝食は味気なかったです。４連泊で１回だけサンピアでした。じゃあ早く来いとホテルは言いますが、最終日、７時に朝食会場に行きましたが、沖縄最後の朝も宴会場でした。過去には展望ラウンジへ案内していたなら、ホテル側の手間が大変なのでしょうが、高いお金をかけて沖縄まで来ているお客のことも考えて、変更するなら展望ラウンジにするべきです。いつも北部で、今回初めて南部に来ましたが、過去こんな朝食会場なかったです。別の場所に案内されることはあっても景色の見える気持ちの良い朝食でした。 一人一人の従業員さんの応対は皆さん丁寧親切ですが、ホテルの運営に問題ありです。

部屋は良かったです。 天気が悪くてもホテルでも満喫できるようにとプールやアクティビティのあるホテルにしましたが、室内プールと更衣室の不衛生さにビックリしました。床がコンクリのような床で濡れた髪の毛や埃が大量にベチョベチョで地獄でした。小学生の息子すら、せめてスノコを敷いてほしいと言ってました。ホテル自体が綺麗なので、プールの更衣室だけでも改善された方がいいのにと残念に思います。 プール大好きな子供たちで、いつもプール付きのホテルに泊まると、朝でも観光から帰って来てからでも、何度もプールに行きたがるのに、今回はその一度きりでプールはもういいと言ってせっかく４泊もしたのに、一度しか利用しませんでした。 せっかくスライダーや流れるプールもあって、プールを売りにするなら、改善した方がいいと思います。

沖縄の南部は、初めて訪問しました。 北部は、海辺のホテルは良く利用していますが、今回は温泉に惹かれ山之上のホテルを選択。部屋からの眺望は？でしたが、温泉、食事会場からの景色は、これもありです。朝食は、品数はやや少なめですが、食材に気を配り、食材の良さを引き出す味付けで、大変満足しました。新刊に泊まりましたので、部屋も新しく、清潔でした。また、リピートするつもりです。

食事はバイキングでしたが、とても美味しいです。 朝、通常の食事会場が満席だったので、展望レストランを案内され、眺望もよく食事ができました。 部屋も空室があったということで、ランクアップした部屋に宿泊することができました。 温泉施設は良いですが、部屋からかなり歩くので高齢者の母親にはきつかったようでした。

レストランゎ使用していません、それ以外で全て満足です！近くにコンビニが出来ていて良かったです。お部屋や施設に関しても満足！フロントの年配男性の方の対応が丁寧でスムーズ、温泉の受付の方も丁寧な対応で、おススメできるホテルです！近くにあったら毎週泊まりたい！

初めて県南部のホテルに宿泊しました。交通の利便性はあまりよくはありませんが景色も良く、清潔なホテル、感じの良いスタッフ、部屋、温泉大浴場、美味しい食事と、外資系や大ホテルにも勝らずとも劣らない素敵なホテルでした。また、お世話になります。

スポーツ施設が目当てで宿泊しました。ウオータースライダーやグランドゴルフ、ラケットボールを楽しみました。お部屋も海が見えるきれいな部屋へグレードアップされてて従業員の心遣いに感動しました。館内のレストランでの食事も美味しく また機会がありましたら宿泊したいと思いました。とてもｈａｐｐｙな休暇になりました。ありがとうございます。

翌日に久高島に行くため宿泊しました。新館だったので部屋も新しく良かったです。プールの使用時間が２２時と言われたため屋外もかと思って行くと終わっていて基本的に館内の利用時間が早くて残念でした。従業員の方はあまり笑顔がなく感じが良くない感じでした。全てにおいてあまり案内の仕方がいまいちな印象を受けました。

部屋は新館に泊まりました。お部屋を予約とは違う高い階層に変更していただきとても親切でした。また泊まりたいと思います。 予約プランにしていた屋外プールとコマカ島プランが台風により何もできなかったのがかなりくいのこります。結果としてただの素泊まりになったので、そういうときにホテルから代替案みたいのあればよいのになと思います。
