Amazingly beautiful resort, being in another country I thought the language barrier would be a issue but it was an amazing weekend enjoyed with my fiancé. I can't wait to stay again.

Very nice hotel. Recommended. The bathroom and room furnishings are a bit dated but hotel services and facilities are excellent. Valet parking may take a while to retrieve car.

The hotel is great, nice ocean view hotel, big room with ocean view balcony.The breakfast served nice food. A paradise place for children and adult. The hotel provide a lots of actitives to entertain the children.

結婚１０年記念兼ねて、５歳の子供と沖縄に６泊７日で泊まる中でルネサンスのクラブフロアに３泊しました。一つ除いて、何も言うことありません。それは大浴場がお客が多すぎて、クラブフロア用の時間を設けるとか、もう少し差別化なりはかれば言うこと無しでした。子供向けのアトラクションやイベントも多く、また来年も行きたいと家内も子供も申してました。 して、

着いて早々に、孫が熱を出しました。 朝食会場の「彩」のスタッフさんに、教えていただいた小児科で診ていただいたところ、心配のない熱とのことで、処方された薬ですぐ、治まりました。ありがとうございました。

台風の影響でマリンアクティビティは、できなかったけれど、エイの餌やりや、パン作りなど、楽しくすごせました。 また、洗濯は泊まった階が工事中で、下の階での利用でした。 ただ、宿泊中、娘夫婦の結婚記念日にあたり、アニバーサリーを申し込みしておりました。 レストランでの食事中、２人にカクテルをいただき、チョコのドームからハートのケーキが現れたときは、感動的でした。 娘夫婦に喜んでもらえて、良かったです。 ありがとうございました。

初めて利用しました。 全体のクオリティーが高いです。 食事はいくつかの会場が有って連泊しても飽きません。 アクセスは一般道で、１時間３０分で那覇空港にも美ら海水族館にも行けます ビーチアクティビティーやその他のイベントも充実しているので ホテルで、ゆっくり過ごすことがでします。 なによりも、ホテルでイルカが飼育されておりイルカと触れ合えるのが 最高です（少々お高め・・・）。 また、利用したいと思わせるホテルです。 部屋のウォシュレットが壊れていたのが唯一のマイナスポイントです。

アップグレードですと案内された部屋…山とエアコンの室外機がみえる部屋。二段ベッドは白の塗料が削れ汚くカビていて子供が気持ち悪いと。自宅にある二段ベッド（Ｇｒａｎｚ）と同じメーカー笑。フロントに電話をして通常の部屋に変更した。全体的にカビ臭く空調の吹き出し口もホコリが詰まっていて普段使用してない部屋？変更したスタンダードルームは吹き出し口もキレイでカビ臭くなかった。ＪＴＢラウンジの利用券も忘れられていた。またまたフロントに電話。チェックイン後すぐにビーチに行きましたがマリンアクティビティが朝８時前に並ばないといっぱいでできないのにも驚き！リゾート感皆無です。結局翌日はビーチに滞在できないためこちらでは何もできず。５泊した今回の旅行でモトブ、アリビラ、ヒルトンと他のホテルはすばらしかっただけに今回の旅で一番テンション下がりました。思い出はＪＴＢラウンジが良かったぐらい。

館内の雰囲気も部屋も屋外に動物たちがいろいろいるのも、全て癒されました。 お風呂も子供の入浴時間を決めていただいているので、ゆっくりはいることができよかったです。 ＪＴＢラウンジの食べ物、飲み物も充実していておいしくいただきました。

とにかくアクティビティの種類が多く、３泊以上だと更に特典も沢山ついて７歳の娘は常にテンション高めでした。スタッフさんとのじゃんけんスタンプラリーが特に楽しかったらしく、自分からスタッフさんに話しかけてる姿が微笑ましかったです。１歳の息子もロビーにいるオウムさん達にすごく興味をしめしていました。料理は１階でビュッフェを頂きましたがお肉料理、マグロが特に美味しく何回もおかわりさせて頂きました。主人も娘もソーキそばをおかわりしていました。雨が降っていなかったのでテラス席でしたが１歳の息子はとにかく汗がすごく頭が水をかぶったようになり、熱中症が心配になってしまいましたが本人はテラス席から海に行ける事に気がつき、楽しくて仕方ない様子でした。琉球舞踊も見られて幸せなディナータイムでした。朝食はステキなシェフさんともお話しができ楽しかったです！！また利用したいと思いました！

相変わらずスタッフさんの対応が素敵なホテルでした。 １点残念なのが、Ｗｉ－Ｆｉが夜間は全く繋がりませんでした。 またベッドの幅が広いものに変更になると嬉しいです。 来月はグループホテルにお世話になりますので、 またリニューアル後にお邪魔したいと思います。

ホテルの施設やサービスが盛りだくさん。 マリンスポーツもさることながら、イルカもいるホテルは珍しいのでは。 プールサイドでアシカの芸も見させてもらいビックリしました。

今回は４歳 ３歳の孫とじいじ ばあばの４人連れ。３泊４日を無事に楽しく過ごせました。希望どおり２段ベッドの部屋にチェックイン。室内プール トランポリン お仕事体験。スタンプラリー 思い出がたくさんできました。

こちらのホテルは２回目になります！ 今年３月に宿泊し、とても良く子供のリクエストでまたお世話になりました。 最高に素晴らしいホテルです！ スタッフの方々も皆様常に笑顔で最高のサービスをして下さいます！ お食事も美味しく、温泉もとても気持ちいいです！ また、リピートしたいです！

“Looks like an overseas hotel.”
We chose this hotel for our hotel stay. The room was very nice, even the 3 beds were not sofa beds, but regular beds. The food was very good and the fresh squeezed orange juice at breakfast was great! The free laundry was also a big help.
