From 12:00 on Apr. 6, 2026 to 12:00 on Apr. 10, 2026, anti-slip construction work on the indoor pool water slide stairs will be carried out.
The mini water slide cannot be used during this period.

From the East Wing, you can see the ocean, the city of Chatan, and the stadium. The ocean is in Ginowan, so it is not blue coral reef, but you will be happy to be on the veranda with the ocean breeze blowing. The breakfast buffet is as good as it gets. It is a pity that restaurants for dinner are limited on weekdays. It would be helpful if they sold boxed lunches and such at the in-house store, but this is not that kind of hotel. I wish there was a microwave to heat up the prepared food I bought. I liked the large bathroom. The pool was too uncomfortable for an uncle alone; the staff was hospitable and I would come back again.

We stayed at Laguna Garden Hotel for 7 nights. It was a wonderful stage, the room was very clean, quiet, spacious and the beds very comfortable. The staff working at the hotel are just amazing, they helped us a lot with all our questions and they helped me

Nice amenities! The room was simple and clean. The bathroom is a bit old, so that is why we gave it 4 start. We tried the Chinese restaurant at the 13F for dinner and the food was very good. Breakfast at Paseo was perfect. Some people at the staff speak

Hotel rooms are large for Japanese standards. Hotel food is fine, but a bit expensive. Overall, not sure whether this is a 5 * hotel, not to mention that it really should have none smoking rooms, as you can smell it, I even met some smokers who were frustr

all of staff usually no smile & look like very cool, not friendly at all except the bellboy who guide us to our room perform really nice and hospitality...I came to japan many time such as tokyo, kyushu, but hard to see the service like this...crazy! food

Room 401 with its balcony provides a view of the roof directly below and the tennis courts. The ocean view is some distance away. Morning breakfast at Paseo is an event because of its long lines

Great room for the money. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because the beds were very hard, but otherwise it was a beautiful and well-maintained hotel with very friendly (but limited-English speaking staff).

This is a beautiful hotel. Fully western style without those Japanese quirks like rooms key to turn on power or odd food choices. Indoor/outdoor pools were great, multiple restaurants with shopping, and plenty of beaches and general purpose shopping nearby

Very nice staff and clean large rooms enable a very comfortable time. The indoor and outdoor pools contribute to a relaxing stay. Only the beach doesn`t fulfill what the images insist on the web page of the hotel.

ライブ会場近くのホテルということで朝食付き２泊でお世話になりました。 朝食は種類が豊富で、沖縄ならではのお料理も食べられて美味しかったです。 大浴場の場所が分かりづらく迷ったのと洗い場がもう少し数があったらと思いましたが、それ以外は大変快適に過ごせました！ お部屋からの景色も綺麗だったのでまた利用させていただきます！

午前中から部屋を利用したかったため、前日から２泊で予約し、事前と前日にフロントへ到着時刻を連絡していました。しかしチェックイン時に「部屋の最終チェックが終わっていない」と言われロビーで待たされました。 １１時頃の到着だったため１泊目の朝食券を辞退しましたが、その際フロントからは何も案内がありませんでした。待つ間にホテル内で昼食を取ると伝えたところ、初めて「朝食券がランチでも使える」と教えられました。結果的には利用できましたが、辞退時に一言案内がほしかったです。 事前連絡済みにもかかわらず部屋が未準備だった点、朝食券の代替利用について案内がなかった点など、フロントの連携や気配りが不足していると感じました。部屋は清掃が行き届いていますが設備は古めです。１階のバイキングはメニュー豊富で大変おいしかったです。

フェスの為初めて宿泊させていただきました。 フェスの場所からも近くて便利でした。 空港からのバスが本数が少ないのが少し不便でしたがホテルは綺麗ですし、お部屋も広くてベットも眠りやすかったです。お風呂も大浴場も部屋風呂も広くてとても良かったです。従業員の方もとても感じも良かったです。そして朝ごはんが凄く美味しかったです！ チェックアウトも朝早かったので朝食もお弁当にしていただきありがたかったです！ 来年もまた利用させて頂きたいと思います！

今回でこのホテルは４回目の利用です。いつもと違った点は、コロナ対策をしっかりされていた事です。沖縄へ行く時は、のんびりしたいので、又利用する予定です。

“Generously sized hotel”
I think it is a good hotel. My companion complained that the clothespins on the balcony made it look like a living room, but I didn't mind them because they were convenient for drying swimsuits and other items. It was a bit of a hassle to drive in and out of the hotel, though, because you have to turn left once, go a while, and then make a U-turn.
