The building is old, but I like its unique atmosphere with a sense of calm and retro cuteness. This makes it fun to wander around the grounds. The pool area has a great view with a great sense of openness. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a nice aroma, and although it had been 3 years since our last stay, we were very happy to receive a welcome back message card and sweets. We had a double room and loved the bathrobes and chairs on the terrace, which were very comfortable. The only thing I wish was that there was a folding screen in the washroom area so I could hide my clothes when I changed. The staff is very nice and the food is very good. The CocoStyle, challenge coupons, and other interesting, fun, and exciting elements made my trip enjoyable even though I was traveling alone. I can't wait to go back.

１０年前まで毎年夏に家族で１週間過ごしていたホテルで、子供も大人になり、久しぶりに訪れました。部屋は少し古いものの清潔に使いやすくしてあります。相変わらず、Ｃｌｕｂ ＣｏＣｏのサービスが素晴らしいです。１月だったのでプールは入れませんでしたが、テニスにカラオケ、各種体験で、毎日楽しく過ごせました。特に、マカンマカンの食事は朝もランチも最高でした。山田温泉の利用サービスもぜひ続けてほしいです。我が家にとっては、家族の大切な思い出の場所になっています。スタッフの皆さんの笑顔や挨拶も心地よかったです。楽しい時間をありがとうございました。

“It was a fulfilling trip!”
We were three parents and three children traveling together with our oldest and youngest daughters. The food was delicious, there were a variety of activities and services, and we had a great time every day. I thought the rooms and restaurants were far away from each other, but they were not far at all and we were able to move around quickly. The rooms were clean and the hammocks in the garden were relaxing. We were at Club Coco, so we were able to use the facilities of the Renaissance, which was very comfortable. The Renaissance was a bit noisy, so it was nice to stay here and relax. The staff was just so kind and made our stay very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you very much.
