Great dinner, but the customer service is...”
Very convenient location for ferry boarding. Gorgeous dinner, too much to eat! However, I would like to see improvements in terms of customer service and facilities. 1. the room key was left inside the room and the door was locked. I asked the kitchen staff, who was preparing breakfast, to unlock the door, but when I asked, "I'm sorry to bother you, but I'm busy. He asked, "What room?". After opening the lock, which took 60 seconds, I said, "Thank you," but he mumbled, "I'm busy...". Customer service needs improvement. 2. When I left my luggage and went to pick it up when I left the island, there was not a single word when I said "thank you". 3. the washbasin knobs (for water and hot water). On the old style round handle, water kept leaking unless it was tightened with full force. I had a hard time opening and closing it each time. I would like them to be replaced. 4. The window sashes are old and half of them do not work. I would like a screen door installed.

Conveniently located right next to the port. The two Japanese-style rooms are very spacious, and the bedding is clean. If I had to venture a guess, I would say that many of the facilities in the hotel are outdated, but considering the location, I would say that this is unavoidable. The meals in the hotel were delicious, and the seafood was very cost-effective.

Very good”
Nice place to stay in Oki island, the room wa spacious, the restaurant attached to the hotel was good. Unfortunately the staff did not speak English and kept running away to avoid us !

Exceptional”
Great location opposite the ferry wharf. Traditional Japanese room with enclosed balcony looking directly on to the bay. Dinner bed and breakfast package highly recommended. Oki Islands is a great place to unwind after the crowded cities of Japan.
