“Second time this month.”
I also stayed there on a business trip. I was a little confused when I noticed that the receipt was no longer in the company name due to a change in the go-to policy. I made a reservation on the same day, and about 5 minutes after I made the reservation, I went to check-in and found out about the change in the terms and conditions. When I asked if I could stay at another hotel, I was told that even if I didn't stay, there would be a 100% cancellation fee. I was a bit puzzled. It was my fault for not knowing the terms and conditions, but I felt that both the front desk and back desk staff were very mechanical.

“Very beautiful.”
I use it for business trips. It is very clean and pleasant. Breakfast is now a boxed lunch, but I hope the corona will subside soon and they will go back to buffets.

This hotel is quite new. It's in an extremely convenient location near the train station. The breakfast provided (Japanese style) is excellent.
