Thank you for changing our reservation to a room on the ocean side, even though we had booked a mountain side room. Thanks to you, we were able to see the best sunset. The location is perfect with a panoramic view of the Seto Inland Sea. The service of the employees was also perfect. Breakfast was served in a lunch box because of the Corona, but it was so large that I thought it was the whole buffet (lol) and I was very satisfied.

友人三名でのゴルフ旅行で朝食付きプランを利用。チェックインは予定どうりでしたが、面倒なので昼頃夕食のお願いのＴＥＬをしたところ館内で二ヶ所営業しているので到着後ご確認くださいとのこと。チェックイン後瀬戸内海の素晴らしい景色と、温泉を堪能、折角なので瀬戸内海の海鮮を楽しみたいと食事処へ・・・ しかしながら入口で前日までの予約でなければとケンモホロロにシャットアウト・・・ 結果また着替えて片道二千円のタクシー代を払って玉野市街の寿司屋へ。折角、瀬戸内海の景色と温泉を楽しんだ後だけに大きく落胆。 ＧＯＴＯトラベル利用で三回目だがこんなことは初めて、もう少し工夫と柔軟な対応ができないものなのか？

Family of 5. disappointed that there were no toothbrushes for the 1 year old. Good thing I called the front desk and they took care of it right away.
