[Regarding Child Guests]
- Bed-sharing is allowed for only 1 child 12 years of age and younger per bed.

I think it is ideal for business use as it is directly connected to the station. I think it is also convenient for having dinner at the station. It is designed by Mitooka, so it gives an overall elegant impression. The rooms feel a bit cramped, but there is no shortage of space. The bathtub in the room is very spacious. The spa in the hotel is available, but the procedure at the spa reception was a hassle. I thought the natural hot spring itself was of good quality. It is open from 6:00 a.m., but I personally would have liked to be able to enter a little earlier. Breakfast is a half-buffet, and it is quite sumptuous. The fact that there are many local dishes is highly appreciated. However, if you arrive just in time for the start time, you are taken to your table one group at a time and asked whether you want Japanese or Western food, which gives the impression that you have to wait quite a long time. All in all, I feel glad to have stayed at this inn. It is ideal for those who want to enjoy an elegant morning with a hot spring and a meal.

I spent 3 hours in the SPA on the day of my stay, relaxing in the open-air bath on the 21st floor and getting ready in the sauna on the 20th floor, and the next day I spent 2.5 hours in the SPA from 6:00 a.m. and enjoyed the full SPA experience. I would like to use this hotel again if I have a chance.

I stayed here to enjoy the hot springs. I often encountered staff patrolling the changing rooms and bathrooms. Thanks to you, I felt safe and comfortable. Thank you very much. One thing that bothered me was that there were people touching their phones in the changing rooms. I saw a sign that said to keep your cell phone in the designated position, but I was disappointed that there were people who didn't understand this. However, the view from the open-air bath was even more soothing, and I enjoyed the hot spring bath after checking in, at night, and in the morning. The view from the room was also good, and I could see as far as Beppu in southern Oita. The room was designed in a relaxing atmosphere and I was able to spend a relaxing time there. I would like to stay here again.
