Located on the shores of Lake Toya, the rooms of this hotel all offer a beautiful view of the lake in all of its seasonal beauty. The summer fireworks at the lake are a popular draw.
Extra beds, if available, are dependent on the room you choose. Please ask the property for more details.
The shuttle service from Sapporo is just fantastic. Good for foreigners to get there. Enjoyed the place as it is well maintained. Food was average but prob above average. Maybe there could be those that are served as a choice
Awesome view, great lobby view and swimming pool, poor room faculty and food. Room definitely needs remodeling.
+ good buffet for meat lovers. The sushi is bad though + great lobby view and garden, Lake Toya was very beautiful + fun firework at night - room is very small - toilet looks dirty and very small too
The lobby and hot springs area were renovated, but the room (Japanese tatami style) we stayed at is very dated. There's bad smell in the toilet, with stains and signs of lack of maintenance in the bath tub. The waterpark is very old as well, though it's fu
Great location right next to lake toya where we can watch the summer fireworks. The buffet spread was also really impressive. Enjoyed it very much!
One of the best onsen I have experienced in Japan with many types of hot spring and great view of the lake from the open air onsen. Highly recommend for those who wanted to have great experience of onsen and other hotel's facilities. Also they have a g
Very good Indoor Pool for summer vacation.

Toya Sunpalace was the jighlight of our Hokkaido tour. Views are remarkable and their nightly fireworks were impressive! Will return for sure!
Everything is great except the room Aircon, which was very weak
Great location facing Toyako. Beautiful view from rooms and lobby. Staff is polite and helpful but with too many guests to manage. Meals was buffet style, lots of variety but... quality is lacking. If you are looking for a tranquil onsen experience and r
The good parts are the onsen with the expansive view of Nakajima and Lake Toya, and the delicious breakfast and dinner buffet spreads. However, like other reviewers have mentioned, the rooms are dated and the in-room toilet rundown. We took showers at t
The resort is located quite far from the town centre so going out may be troublesome especially during winter unless you have your own transport.
the room is too old fashion, need to be renovated (western style should be more modern/minimalism style) the buffet dinner/breakfast is awesome the hotel view direct to the lake is wonderful the public bath, swimming pool is large & memorable experience
We stayed in the modern Japanese/Western style room. Comfortable beds. The hotel still uses key to open the room, and there is only 1 key to each room. Abit inconvenient when our family needs to do different activity in hotel at the same time. Breakfast
location is good, lobby is big, buffet choice is superb n taste good, room can be bigger n brighter, walking to room can be taking quite sometimes and lift is small and slow, heated indoor waterpark is part of the reason to choose this hotel, especially fo
Got free upgrade to a nice bigger room. Nice view and good buffet. Enjoy it and will come back.
Very good and romantic hotel. Children have heaps of fun at the amusement water park and game centre.
Overall a very good experience staying 2 nights there. The only complaint is that unless you have booked or upgraded to a non-smoking room, you will find the cigarette smell quite unbearable. You can ask for an air cleaner which we did on second night and
