お世話になりました。”
部屋露天風呂も最上階の露天風呂も良かったです。お部屋も綺麗にお掃除が行き届いており、アメニティも充実していて満足です！朝食も夕食も食べたいメニューがたくさんありお腹いっぱいいただきました！従業員の方々の対応もすばらしく、廊下に展示している本を眺めていたら、お部屋に持ち帰って大丈夫と言うようなお声かけまでいただけたのもありがたかったです。ぜひまた利用したいです。ありがとうございました。
少し残念”
期待していましたが．．．
ショックです”
お部屋からの眺望は残念。目の前はレストランの壁で遮られてました。フロントが３階で、部屋は２階と言われた時点で嫌な予感はしたのですが。通常プランのはずですが、あれなら訳有プランで十分です。チェックイン時にフロント前で休憩となるのですが、その際に出される菓子も１００円ショップで購入できる物。グレード感を下げまくりですが、さらに夕食のバリエーションの少なさが、同価格帯で宿泊できる別グループホテルにすれば良かったと考えさせた決め手です。高価格ならば、やはり食事も充実させる必要があります。廉価な客との差を一品料理追加で誤魔化してはいけません。やはり分離させねば。これから試行錯誤が続くのでしょうが、ぜひ検討頂きたいです。ちなみに、新設浴場の露天風呂と流し場のドアは直ちに自動ドアから手動にすべきです。感度が良いのか開きっぱなしで、寒さが過酷で身体を落ち着いて洗えませんでした。
残念でした”
三時からチェックインができるので、三時に近くときもうホテルについたけど、４０分以上を待ってて、受付の人は誰にも気付いてなくて、結局チェックインは最後になった、サービスが悪い。それに隣の部屋は空いているのに、私たちの部屋はエレベーターの隣の部屋になっちゃった。エレベーターの隣の部屋は、夜の花火は全然見えなくて、洞爺湖の高いリゾートホテルで泊まることが全然意味なかった。 そして、晩御飯のとき、私たちのプランに一品のステーキがあるのに、番号札を取っちゃって全くこなかった。レストランの従業員に教えても信じられない態度で対応された。 このホテルの経験はすごく残念でした。二度とも行きたくない。
夫婦旅行”
８月にオープンして評価が高かったのでブッフェでの食事プランで予約しました。オプションのステーキは程よい脂で旨味があり美味しかったのですがブッフェ全体のクオリティが低いと感じられました。屋上のインフィニティ露天風呂はサンパレスの露天風呂より更に良かったと感じました。部屋の露天風呂も湯加減お湯の溜まり時間等も問題なく大変良いと感じました。 食事のクオリティが上がればまた利用したいと思います。
