“最高の思い出になりました”
花火を部屋から見れるか等問い合わせしたところ、丁寧な返信をいただき楽しみに当日を迎えました。当日はチェックインより少し遅めの時間に到着したので、混んでおらず、すんなり手続きができ、お部屋に荷物まで運んでいただけました。また、受付で記念日の件に関してお声がけいただき、１通のメールを気にかけてくださっているのが感じられて嬉しかったです。お部屋は高層階でプレゼントまで用意頂き、ビックリ＆嬉しさでいっぱいでした！お部屋のお風呂も何度か入り、満喫しましたが、大浴場の露天風呂も気持ちよかったです。なにより、接してくださるスタッフさんが皆さん温かくて設備面だけでなく、サービス面でも大満足です。私の希望で選んだホテルですが、彼も想像以上に喜んでくれ、もっと早くチェックインし、ギリギリまで滞在したかったと言ってくれました。次回は夫婦としてまた泊まりたいと思います。

部屋露天風呂も最上階の露天風呂も良かったです。お部屋も綺麗にお掃除が行き届いており、アメニティも充実していて満足です！朝食も夕食も食べたいメニューがたくさんありお腹いっぱいいただきました！従業員の方々の対応もすばらしく、廊下に展示している本を眺めていたら、お部屋に持ち帰って大丈夫と言うようなお声かけまでいただけたのもありがたかったです。ぜひまた利用したいです。ありがとうございました。

“ショックです”
お部屋からの眺望は残念。目の前はレストランの壁で遮られてました。フロントが３階で、部屋は２階と言われた時点で嫌な予感はしたのですが。通常プランのはずですが、あれなら訳有プランで十分です。チェックイン時にフロント前で休憩となるのですが、その際に出される菓子も１００円ショップで購入できる物。グレード感を下げまくりですが、さらに夕食のバリエーションの少なさが、同価格帯で宿泊できる別グループホテルにすれば良かったと考えさせた決め手です。高価格ならば、やはり食事も充実させる必要があります。廉価な客との差を一品料理追加で誤魔化してはいけません。やはり分離させねば。これから試行錯誤が続くのでしょうが、ぜひ検討頂きたいです。ちなみに、新設浴場の露天風呂と流し場のドアは直ちに自動ドアから手動にすべきです。感度が良いのか開きっぱなしで、寒さが過酷で身体を落ち着いて洗えませんでした。
