Very good”
Staff was nice, courteous but difficulty in communicating with limited English, especially at dining room when staff spoke limited to no English. We did not realise the room does not have en-suite shower facilities, only bathroom until we got there. Dinner

Excellent”
This is a traditional onsen hotel and it has a very Japanese take to it. If you would like to experience a full on Japanese onsen hotel this is definitely it. However we are with a 2 years old infant and it is quite an inconvenience to not have an ensuite

Exceptional”
An absolutely fantastic ryokan for the price. The dinner and breakfast consisted of a massive spread each time and food cooked to perfection. We were recommended the shabu shabu and we were so glad we took it - it was so delicious! The room was very clean
