Delicious obanzai dishes”
Unlike the usual onsen cuisine, the obanzai dishes were different and very enjoyable. I was satisfied to have both dinner and breakfast in a quiet and private room. The plan included a private bath and a bedrock bath, but the employees were very attentive and very satisfying.
Inn with solid hospitality.”
All the staff members were very conscious of "making each guest feel at ease, entertained, and relaxed," which made me feel very comfortable. It is probably better suited for families than for couples. If I may say so, I would like to mention the food. I would have liked to have more variety in the buffet dinner, and a menu that makes the most of Hokkaido's unique and locally produced and consumed ingredients. The staff's level of hospitality is high, and the public bath is GOOD! I think the customizable Genghis Khan menu is interesting and the direction is right, but there should be a little more twist to it. The tempura demonstration is another example. It's just one more step.
I was able to relax.”
This was our first time using the hotel. We were a little lost because of the Corona overload, but the measures were well taken and we were able to stay there without any worries. The food was a bit adult oriented, but very tasty. My husband is a smoker, so we stayed in a smoking room. The parking lot was confusing. I would have liked to have seen some kind of arrow pointing to the parking lot. Also, I felt that it was unfriendly that the fees for using the facilities (bedrock bath, etc.) were not clearly indicated.
It is a little further from the center of the city!”
This was the second time I stayed here. Last time our flight was cancelled due to a typhoon, and we stayed at the hotel on short notice because JTB was the travel agency at that time. I had a very good impression of the hotel and JTB's service at that time. This time I stayed again and was able to relax in the hot spring water of Noboribetsu Onsen.
Very good”
I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel when I checked in. The rooms are very nice and the onsen too, especially the open air bath which lights up at night to view the autumn colours. The meals are good quality and the variety is just right. Noboribetsu On
