Very good”

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel when I checked in. The rooms are very nice and the onsen too, especially the open air bath which lights up at night to view the autumn colours. The meals are good quality and the variety is just right. Noboribetsu On

The dinner buffet was good, service was good but there isn't any car park directly in the hotel and we had to park a distance away as the outdoor car park facing the hotel is limited and reserved for others.....

The room is comfy and big. Compared to other hotels, it is slightly located away from the main streets of shops, albeit a ten minutes walk. However, there is a bus stop just nearby the hotel where express bus is available to bring you to JR Sapporo station

I was dissapointed with the service, I did not enjoyed so much the hotel stay. I was arrived late to hotel, and the dinner was closed early. It is very commercial hotel stay experience, there are so much tour guest & over crowded.

The hotel is very big and cosy. It is surrouded by many autumn trees. Hence, the view is very nice. Besides, the buffet dinner serves many varieties of food. Overall, we enjoy our stay here.

Meals were very good and the service at the restaurants were excellent. The front desk has limited English abilities, but we managed well. The private Onsen option is nice.

The hotel is inconveniently located. The hotel does not have a restaurant nor are there any restaurants close by which required us to walk 20 min to Noboribetsu itself for lunch This was in November and the weather made that an unpleasant walk. The room

This hotel is large, caters more to group tours. Rooms are dated but clean and no frills. Breakfast spread was below average from our experience at other hotels in our 10 days stay. For the price we paid(US$350) definitely not worth it.
