The hotel facilities and staff were fine, but the yakitori on the breakfast menu was cold and fatty, which was disappointing. I am a non-smoker, but there were only smoking rooms available and I had no choice but to book one. If there is a smoking booth, there is no need for smoking rooms.

The welcome drink, ice cream after the bath, lactobacillus drink, and ramen noodles for the evening meal were all very much appreciated.

“I would recommend this hotel.”
The service is pleasant and the hotel is really relaxing. When I told the receptionist that this was my third time using the hotel, I received a warm "Thank you for all your help". I was also impressed that the staff at Yonaruki Soba called out to me, "Good evening. Of course, the soba tasted so good that I wanted to have another bowl. The room was clean and relaxing. The only thing I noticed was the rattling of the toilet door. However, I would use this hotel again.
