The To-Ko-Nats hot spring beach, open-air bath, indoor pool, and sauna can be used as usual.

Good buffet dinner and wonderful breakfast. Very nice surprise and bonus that they were part of a group of hotels which have free shuttles to try out their onsens.

子ども向けのホテルとして知っていたため、実際の様子を確認したくて宿泊しました。当日はアソボーヤが工事中でしたが、後日子どもたちを遊んで楽しみました。

一歳の息子が楽しめると思い予約しました。 ビュッフェで子供が食べれるものが多く、離乳食まであるのは驚きました。 ただ、改善点をあげるとすると、チェックイン時の大行列です。感染症対策以前の状態だと思います。 列にはソーシャルディスタンスの間隔を空けたシールは貼られていますが、ロビーに人が密集している時点であまり意味を成していないと思います。 随分と後ろの方までシールが貼られていたので、かなりの確率で週末はチェックイン時に行列ができてるのだと思いますが、改善する気はないのでしょうか。 某旅館では、ロビーでの密集を避けるため、到着したお客様にとりあえず鍵を渡してお部屋に案内し、後ほど電話にて館内や食事の説明を受けるという方式で、効率も良くてとても好印象でした。 チェックインに１時間かかるというだけで、せっかくのホテルでの時間が無駄になり、リピートする気持ちも薄れました。今後に期待します。

ご飯もおいしく迷ってしまうほどたくさんのおかず 孫たちとは遊ぶのがたのしく大興奮 お部屋の窓近くが寒くて夜中寒暖差に弱い孫が咳が止まらずかわいそうでした。

The next day we left the hotel early, but the children's fee of 11,935 yen was quite expensive, and if the children had been allowed to play as much as they wanted, two years of elementary school students would not have been satisfied, so we returned home quite disappointed.
