From July 1, 2019 (Mon.), the facility's large communal baths will become hot springs, and as such, a bathing tax will be required (on site payment).

Fabulous commanding view of sulfa field from onsen. Room smallish. Hotel nicely remodeled. Breakfast great! Dinner, skip...think I paid extra for crab, but for everyone. Dinner food rather bland tasting, too crowded cafeteria feeling...recommend eating

This is the place to truly experience the best onsen. Apart from onsen, there is a heated swimming pool, great for young kids. The room is clean and good sized. During our stay the hotel is undergoing some upgrading works, it's a bit troublesome to get in

Excellent facility, undergoing renovations at the moment but I didn't have any issues with noise, highlights were the in-room dining which was delicious, the outdoor baths which with the frosty weather and snow were a real treat, and the taito drum arcade

Booked Family room with four adults, unfortunately the room size is too small for 4 adults. The room really need to improve, basically the family room is typical two people hotel room in Japan. The hotel facilities, foods and Onsen is excellent.

预订前为订酒店哪个馆纠纷半天，实际上东、西、南都与本馆大楼连在一起，基本是一个整体建筑。西馆最靠近温泉浴场。自助餐晚餐在晚上7点以后有的菜就没有了，酒店也不增加，应当说餐饮菜品不算好。室内温泉可以24小时泡，露天温泉早上5点至晚上12点，完全满足一天两泡。
