    部屋はコンパクトにまとまっていていいですが、ツインの部屋のシングルベッドが狭すぎ、落ちるかと思いました。朝食は期待外れ。

    サプライズありがとうございました”

    母の誕生日にと思い予約しました。移動の不安や体調面での不安等ありましたが、休憩を挟みながら無事に着くことができ、ホテルからのサービス等で大変嬉しい思いをさせて頂きました。母の久しぶりの本当に嬉しそうな笑顔を見ることができ私も嬉しくなりました。 誕生日サプライズが本当に嬉しかったようで、早い時間には就寝しましたが、それまでよく喋り、夕食もよく食べ、温泉にも入ることができ、本当にご機嫌で帰着しました。行くまで体力面での不安等があったようですが、相当嬉しかったのと、貸し切りの温泉が気に入ったようで、また行きたいと言っていたので、いつかまた連れていくことができればと思っています。 部屋は低層階だったので、外からも見えてしまうため、窓際でゆっくりとはできませんでしたが、天候にも恵まれたので羊蹄山もきれいに見え、満足していました。 いろいろとお気遣い頂きまして、本当にありがとうございました。

    立地、サービス、施設の配置など素晴らしい。惜しむらくは、温泉が掛け流しではないことだが、柔軟な対応がそれをカバーしてると感じました。

    去年に続き、２度目の利用でした。 今回は連泊しましたが、２泊目の清掃も行き届いていて、とても気持ち良く過ごせました。お部屋から見える羊蹄山も素晴らしく、また是非訪れてみたいと思える宿でした。
