Delicious dinner”
The rooms were spacious and clean, and the large bathroom was spacious and clean. Dinner was a half buffet, and the steak that was brought in as a course was tender and delicious. The buffet items were all delicious, and I was able to conquer most of them by bringing a little bit at a time. Breakfast was also delicious.

I felt the atmosphere of the hotel was good. I did not feel that there were any particular advantages over other facilities, and although this was my first time at a half-buffet style restaurant, I felt that the timing of when the main dishes were served was not very good. I felt that the timing of the main course was not very good, either too early or too late. I thought it might have been more enjoyable in winter.

The employees were very helpful, and the hot springs, although not so luxurious, warmed my body from the inside out. The meals are not extravagant, but they offer a wide variety of ingredients. I tasted a lot of local vegetables. As a resident of Hokkaido, I don't care about crab, salmon roe, etc., so I think this is fine. I wish the check-out time was a little later, but since I was able to return to Sapporo at a good time, I felt it was not that bad. I would like to use this hotel again.

Service and hot water are very satisfactory!”
I booked at the last minute on the day of departure, and was on the basic plan. The meal plan was a half buffet, and I thought it would have been better if we ate in a restaurant or in a private room. I was very satisfied with the service and hot water, so next time I will book when I can consider a plan (lol).

Food is horrible for the price paid. My friend room is dirty and they did not clean the toilet.
