I was satisfied with the hospitality, atmosphere, bath, and meals. Although there must have been many guests staying at the hotel, we did not encounter many people, and we were able to spend a relaxing time in a quiet environment. The hot spring water was a bit lukewarm, but it was a temperature that I could soak in slowly. The food was delicious, and it was a meal to go with the meal. (I would have liked the rice to be cooked a little firmer, but that is a matter of taste...) I would definitely like to stay there again next time if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

子供への対抗”
この度両親への親孝行との事でこちらの柏屋さんに宿泊しました。０歳５ヶ月と２歳半の子供達を連れての宿泊でしたが、子供たちへの対応がとても素晴らしく、食事の際はバウンサーが置いてあり、食事がゆっくり取れた宿は初めてでとても感激しました。又、食事もどれも美味しくとっても満足です。両親もまた行きたいと思える宿だったね。と大絶賛してくれて、柏屋さんで親孝行ができて良かったと夫婦共々感謝しております。また是非宿泊したいです。
